She was survived by Her loving and grateful children: Robert Smith Jr. Edna Smith, James Smith, Truman (Nikita) Smith, Lillian (Carl) Montgomery, Patricia Gilmore, Roy (Mary Ann) Smith, John Smith, Jerry Smith, Julie Smith :daughter-in-law Sophia Smith; 23 grandchildren: 40 great-grandchildren: siblings Will Stallworth, Elizabeth (Emmett) Chappell, Marie Fields, Niola Huff, Linda (Milton) McCary, Debra (William) Spruel, Brenda Fortune: sister-in-Law Dorothy Stallworth: brother-in-laws Thomas Wilson and J. Ruby Cathey.She was a member of Waymon Chapel A.M.E Church in Brierfield, where she served as a missionary for many years. She was also a member of The Order of Eastern Star #499 for over 30 years. Homegoing Celebration will be Sunday, December 18, at 2:30 PM at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Wilton, AL with burial at The Smith Cemetery in Brierfield.
