SYCAMORE- Funeral service for Mrs. Essie Mae "BigMomma" Jackson, 82, will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Mt. Home Missionary Baptist Church in Sycamore at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Robert Duncan officiating the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Jackson passed away October 7, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Jackson is survived by eight children, JoAnn Funderburg of Talladega, Joyce Cook of Sylacauga, Janice Jackson, Rosetta Jackson and Jackie Jackson all of Sycamore, Terry Jackson and William Jackson both of Sycamore, Johnny Jackson of Sylacauga; one sister, Katie Young; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Monday from 12 noon until 8 p.m. at Community Funeral Home. Community Funeral Home will direct.
