Obituary of Essie-Dean Carter

CARTER, Mrs. Essie Dean, a resident of Montgomery, AL., Wednesday, May 4, 2005 following a lengthy ill-ness she joined her heavenly Fa-ther. Funeral services are sched-uled for Monday, May 9, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. from Beulah Baptist Church with Rev. Porter Osby, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Serenity Gardens, with Ross-Clayton Funeral Home, Inc., officiating. A Family Hour is sched-uled for Sunday, May 8, 2005 from 6-7 p.m. in the Ross-Clayton Funer-al Home Chapel. She leaves to cherish her memory: her soul mate and husband: Milton Carter, 2 lov-ing daughters: Cynthia Carter and Tanga Flowers, 1 devoted son: Billy Carter (Brenda); 3 Grandchildren: Jason Flowers, Bryan Carter, and Brooke Carter. 2 Sisters: Katie Parker and Lateria Hoyett. 4 Brothers: Ara Thomas, Jr. (Annie Mae), James Thomas (Jonnie Mae), Steve Thom-as (Mary), and Winston Thomas (Robbie). Four sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
