JORDAN, Mrs. Emily Doris, a life-long resident of Montgomery, Ala-bama departed this life on Wednesday, November 30, 2005. She was a resident of Hill View Ter-race Nursing Home in Montgom-ery. Emily was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Jes-sie Mae Harris; husband, Ernest Jor-dan and sister Ernestine H. McCall. She is survived by a son, Denard E. Jordan, Montgomery, AL; daughter Joyce D. Dorsey, Montgomery, AL; aunt, Dorothy Davis, Louisville, KY; brother, Clarence (Alycne) Harris, Jr., Montgomery, AL; sister, Claren-da Anderson, Long Beach, CA; grandchildren, Shalene Dorsey, Ta-rocika, Wanda and ""Lil Man"" Jor-dan; nephews, Wesley (Eunice) McCall Jr., Eric Anderson, Wesley (Michelle) Anderson, all of Mont-gomery, AL Eddie Anderson, Jr., Long Beach, CA; nieces, Jessyca (Clarence) Darrington, Montgom-ery, AL, Petty Officer 2nd Class Mon-ique A. McCall, USN, Severn, Mary-land; and a host of cousins, great grandchildren and acquaintances. The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at 3:00 pm from the chapel at Cum-mings Memorial Funeral Home, Montgomery, Alabama with Pastor Michael Garrett officiating and E.G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home directing.
