PERRY, EDWARD FRANCISEdward Francis Perry of Waldo, Fl, born Malone, NY July 25, dies September 12, 2011 in Asheville North Carolina. Ed recently retired and closed Action Cash Register after serving Gainesville for over 37 years. He was enjoying retirement in Asheville, NC with his daughter and son in law Tyna & Drew Linton. During a recent hospital stay he suffered cardiopulmonary arrest and passed away Monday September 12, 2011 at the VA Hospital. Memorial service will be 10:00AM Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Forrest Meadows Chapel 4100 NW 39th Avenue Gainesville FL. The inturnement will follow at Forrest Meadows East/Hillcrest Cemetery 3700 SE Hawthorne Rd. Gainesville, FL where the family will inturn Edward and his wife Joan Perry. Following the inturnement friends and family are invited to gather at The American Legion at 4701 NW 6th Street, Gainesville at approximately 12:30PM. Flowers can be sent to the chapel or the cemetery. Survived by one sister Beverly Purpura, Gainesville, daughters Tyna Linton, Asheville, NC and Tyra Tussinger, Keystone Heights, FL, and three granddaughters, Vanessa Linton, Brooke & Chelsea Tussinger.
