E. Lorraine Rodney Tokos Miller of Cortland (formerly of Johnson City) Our loving mother and grandmother, E. Lorraine Miller, 68, left us to be with the Lord, Thursday, June 19, 2008. She was predeceased by a sister, Isabelle Fuller. Lorraine is survived by her children, Deborah Struble, Greene, Lori and Ken Barbee, Newnan, Ga., Anthony and Deborah Tokos, Binghamton, Richard Miller and his fiancée, Rhonda Monks, Hallstead, Pa.; treasured grandchildren, William and Martin Struble, Chelsea and Crystal Barbee, and Michael Tokos. She also leaves behind sister, Eleanor Schuyler, North Carolina, Joan Loupe, Smyrna, N.Y., and Betty Tyler, Moscow, Pa. Funeral services will be private.
