POULTNEY - Douglas Stephen Hall, 71, died March 19, 2011, at his home in Las Vegas, Nev. He was born Feb. 26, 1940, the son of LeRoy and Josephine Hall of Poultney. He graduated from Poultney High School in 1957 and from Nichols College, Dudley, Mass. Mr. Hall enjoyed woodworking, traveling and gourmet cooking, as well as his church in Las Vegas. Survivors include his stepmother, Cecil Hall Tufts of Lecanto, Fla.; two nephews and three nieces. He was predeceased by a sister, Priscilla Hooper, in 2002 and a brother, Richard Hall.
