->Keller, Douglas JayForest Hill, MD: Douglas Jay Keller died of complications from esophageal cancer on July 9, 2012. He was 60 years old and lived in Forest Hill, MD. Mr. Keller was born in Sunbury, PA, but was raised in Rochester, NY. He attended Spencerport High School in Rochester and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY before graduating from the University of Rochester with a degree in Political Science. In 1975, he was commissioned into the U.S. Navy until 1979, when he joined the Merchant Marines. He left in 1985 to become a computer programmer in Maryland. He held numerous leadership positions with the Boy Scouts of America for Pack 999, Troop 999, Troop 265 and Troop 809. He was employed by the Social Security Administration. A Memorial Service was held at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Bel Air, MD, 21014, on July 13, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Dorothy, & sons, Robert, Patrick and Thomas from Forest Hill, MD; brother, Wayne from Fayettesville, Arkansas; sister, Katie Giles from Rochester, NY; four nieces; and one nephew. He is preceded by his father, Howard Keller, and his mother, Amelia 'Miki' Keller.
