He was born December 18, 1939.He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Howard; two sons, Edgar L. Howard and John R. Howard and wife, Pagan; daughter, Cecilia M Howard and husband, Martin; three sisters, three brothers and six grandchildren.Arrangements are being handled by Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville.
