EVANS Dorothy V. Evans, 71, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2003 in Orange Park, FL. Mrs. Evan was of the Baptist faith born in San Pedro, CA on August 30, 1932 relocating to the Clay County Community in 1973. She was a member of Designer Artist and in her spare time she was very involved in painting and was a decorative artist. She is survived by her beloved husband of 45 years George Roy Evans of Green Cove Springs, FL, sister; Barbara (James) Kersey of Pensacola, FL. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Grant-Johnson Funeral Home in Bradford, IL, Saturday, October 18 between 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 18, at Osceola Grove Cemetery, Reverend Lee Legg officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in Mrs. Evans memory to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Assoc.
