Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Crestwood Cemetery for Dorothy Sue Ingram, 81, Gadsden, who passed away Thursday, July 3, 2008. Brian Whitworth and Mike Ray will officiate. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services directing.Mrs. Ingram was a lifelong resident of Gadsden, was employed by Dwight Mills and retired from McGuffey's Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Ingram; parents, J.G. and Lucille Stewart; sister, Louise Stowers; and brothers, J.L. Stewart and Bill Stewart.She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Ingram Whitworth, Talladega, and Sandra Ingram Taft, Southside; grandchildren, Anna McCollum, Brian Whitworth, Darren Whitworth, all of Talladega, and Susan Bramblett Peek, Centre; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Alline Walker; and seven nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be W.M. Whitworth, W.H. Taft Jr., Brian Whitworth, Darren Whitworth, Tommy McCollum and Darren Peek.Honorary pallbearers will be Bruce Walker, Clint Walker, Logan McCollum and Terry Bradley.The family is appreciative of the care and concern shown to our mother and grandmother by Dr. Jason Ayres, Brent Lawley and the staff at Lawley Premier Hospice Care, the staff in the CCU and the 9 West staff at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.The family will receive friend from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
