A Private Service for Mrs. Dorothy Louise Smith, 86, of Anniston, will be held at a later date. Mrs. Smith passed away on November 21, 2012 at NHC. Mrs. Smith had worked for many years at the Hartford Insurance Company. She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd J. Smith. Mrs. Smith is survived by her brothers, Paul Bowen, Lonnie Bowen and Louis Bowen; numerous nieces and nephews and her best friend who was more like a sister, Opal Wallace.
