Dorothy Louise Jackson, 84, Sarasota, died June 8, 2002. She was born Sept. 27, 1917, in Chicago and came to Sarasota 28 years ago from there. She was a retired bank switchboard operator and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge 2756. She was an Episcopalian. Survivors include her husband George W.; a sister, Madeline Rublee of Sarasota; and a brother, Paul Rublee of Harrisonburg, Va. Services will be private. Hawkins Funeral Home, Sarasota, is in charge.
