-->Dorothy Lee Bishop Taylor SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mrs. Dorothy Lee Bishop Taylor, 86, of 261 Old Lowe Road, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at the McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville, SC. Mrs. Taylor was born in Campobello, SC on April 26, 1922, the daughter of the late Buford G. and Ora Magdalene (Cook) Bishop and was the widow of Horace Albert Taylor. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by a daughter, Rita Hurley and her husband Lawrence Hurley, Jr. of Gasburg, VA, two sons, Paul Harold Taylor and his wife Carole of Moore, SC, Donald Taylor and his wife Sarah of Spartanburg; two sisters, Lou Sarah Wilson of Spartanburg and Shelby Jean Jackson of Wellford. There are seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel at 3:00 PM on Friday, August 8, 2008 with Rev. Frank Bryant officiating. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Friday one hour before the service at the funeral home. The interment will be private.
