SPARKS Dorothy L. Sparks, 96, peacefully took residence in her heavenly mansion on March 29, 2010, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:30 P.M., Thursday at the funeral home. A celebration of her life will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday at Regency Baptist Temple, 1130 Rogero Road, Jacksonville, FL 32211 with interment following in Chapel Hills Memory Gardens.
