WADLEY, Ga. - Mrs. Dorothy Jordan died on Saturday, March 12, 2005 in Louisville, GA. Funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. at Brinson Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. David Kemp, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She leaves to cherish her memory, six daughters, Maude Lewis, Nellie Heath, Barbara Strowbridge, Earnestine Kemp and Lavelury Powell, Wadley, GA and Betty Bennett, Wrens, GA; three sons, Elder Willie Jordan, Dublin, GA, Edward Jordan, Stapleton, GA and Jerome Jordan, Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Rennie Jordan, Deerfield Beach, FL; one brother, DeWayne Jordan, Hardeeville, SC; 26 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
