JOHNSON, Dorothy On Wednesday January the 4th, 2012, after a long and brave battle, Dorothy Johnson of Spruce Grove Alberta, passed away peacefully in her sleep with her family by her side.Dorothy was predeceased by her loving husband Gordon, her father Peter and her brother Ian. Dorothy will be sincerely missed by her children Scott (Lenore) Nicklas, Nolan, Nathan and Jillian. Le-Anne (Lincoln) Madison, McKenna, Michelle, Makinley and Kellan. Her Sister Moira, her Mother Patricia. Her loyal companion KC and many brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a loving Wife and Mother, she took pride in her family and made them her life's work. She was an animal lover and enjoyed spending time with her horse and other animal companions. She was also a proud member of VASA and spent most of her summers out at their cabin at Pigeon Lake.She will lovingly be remembered by her family and many friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or to the SPCA of Canada.Those wishing to celebrate Dorothy's life can join the family and friends at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January the 9th, 2012 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (200 Boundary Road) Spruce Grove, Alberta with Reverend Paul Terrio celebrant.
