Dorothy J. Curtis RUSHVILLE - Dorothy J. Curtis, age 89, died on Saturday, April 21, 2012. Friends may call on Sunday, April 29, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, 2590 E. Main St., Gorham. A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospeace House, 7823 County Road 33, Naples, NY 14512; or LeTourneau Christian Camp, 4950 County Road 11, Rushville, NY 14544. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Henry and Frances (Lambert) Jensen. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and the ladies' missionary society; Lake-to-Lake Quilt Guild, and Gideons International. Dorothy is survived by nine children, Paul (Ginny) Curtis, Mary Jane (John) Lowery, Martha (Tom) Ciaccia, Faye (Steve) Evans, Donna (Jerry) Bay, Ruth Ann (Greg) Bruce, Philip (Debbie) Curtis, Tom Curtis and Scott (Laura) Curtis; 28 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret (Robert) Smith and Betty Short; three brothers, Chris Jensen, Howard (Delores) Jensen and Mark (Diane) Jensen; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Wendell Curtis, in 2003; and twin sister, Geraldine Betts, in 2004. Arrangements are by Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home, Gorham.
