Dorothy G. Johnson, 85, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, N.J., surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at the Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville, N.J. www.normandean.com (please share a memory of Dorothy on the website). Relatives and friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday, March 10, from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 11, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Committal service will be at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, N.J. Dorothy was born in Newark, N.J. She was a resident of Bloomfield, N.J.; Caldwell, N.J., and for the past 17 years, Barnegat, N.J. Dorothy was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her great-grandson, Andrew Martinez. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert Johnson; stepsister, Zoe Bellucci and her husband, George; her children, Kathleen "Kathy" Madden, Robert Johnson, and Karen Johanson and her husband, John. Dorothy was the proud grandmother of Kimberly Neary and her husband, Grant; Meghan Martinez and her husband, Alex; Michael Madden, Kyle and Kerry Johnson, Chris and Amy Johanson, and Kim Ratner and was also great-grandmother to Matthew Martinez, and Finley and Jack Neary.
