PURVIS, Dorothy Evelyn (nee Langford) Dorothy Evelyn (nee Langford) Purvis passed away October 28, after a short battle with cancer, at the age of 91. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband William and her son William Edward (Bill). Dorothy will be deeply missed by her daughter in law Barbara; grandson William Evan (Bill), great grandchildren Michelle, Shannon and their mother Maureen; grandson Christopher Peter and his wife Sharon; great grandchildren Jessica, Brandon and Austin. Dorothy will be fondly remembered by numerous family and friends in Calgary (Alberta), Sudbury, Gore Bay, Tobacco Lake, as well as others on the beautiful Manitoulin Island. Memorial service will be held at the All Saints Anglican Church on July 31, 2004, at 2:00 p.m..
