Homemaker WINTER HAVEN -- Mrs. Dorothy Carey of Winter Haven died of complications of Alzheimer's disease Thursday (Dec. 1, 2005) at Palm Garden in Winter Haven. She was 82. Born in New York City on April 21, 1923, she came to Winter Haven from Fort Payne, Ala., in 1988. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church. Mrs. Carey was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Carey. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia McClamma, Lakeland, Janet Marshall, Winter Haven; three grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Ann Catholic Church in Haines City.
