Owens, Dorothy C., passed away October 2, 2001. Born 1/2/09 E. Springfield, NY. Graduate of New Paltz Teachers College in N Y. Taught school in Poughkeepsie, NY. Member and former Regent of Poughkeepsie, NY Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the American Colonists, Ancient and Honorable Artillery, Co., Daughters of the King at St. Gregory's Episcopal Church. Survived by William G. Owens, Shirley F. Vislocky and seven grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Gregory's Episcopal Church Oct. 8, at 2:00 PM.
