LEE Dorothy C. Lee, 91, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2009. Mrs. Lee was a native of Ware County, Georgia and had lived most of her life in Jacksonville. She was a Member of the Oceanway Senior Citizens Club and was of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rance Lee and a brother, O. J. Cason. Survivors include one daughter, Glenda Joyce (Milton) Gandy; three sons, Gerrod (Kay) Lee, Roger (Mary) Lee and Gary Lee; four sisters, Marie Reyna, Hazel Nichols, Vera Bowers and Jeanette Mobley; one brother, David Cason, 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, other loving family and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, March 9, in the chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Avenue, with Rev. Bill Kincade officiating. A committal service will follow at 2:00 pm Monday in Jordan Church Cemetery in Waycross, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
