A chapel service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday for Mrs. Dorothy B. Peters, 76, Altoona, who passed away Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010. The Rev. James Cannon will officiate with burial at Old Harmony Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Services directing.Mrs. Peters was a longtime member of Old Harmony Baptist Church. She was a very special person to everyone who knew her and cared for many people in her life. She never had a bad thing to say about anyone.She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all her heart. She will be missed by her family and the ones that knew her. She was a mother to all. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Albert G. Angle and Robert A. Peters; sons, Albert R. Angle and Bobby E. Peters; great-granddaughter, Kimberly Dawn Johnson; and son-in-law, Howard Dinsey.She is survived by her daughters, Nellie Jo (Robert) Messer, Southside, and Diane Dinsey, Tampa, Fla.; sons, James D.
