CARTER Dorothy Ann Carter, 77, passed away April 1, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born January 20, 1936 in Clearco, West Virginia. She was a homemaker, faithful wife and loving mother. Family members include Rev. Johnny Jr., Pastor Anthony, Yvonne, Charrie and Crystal. She is predeceased by her husband, Johnny Carter.
