CARTER Dorothy Ann Carter, 77, passed away April 1, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born January 20, 1936 in Clearco, West Virginia. She was a homemaker, faithful wife and loving mother. Family members include Rev. Johnny Jr., Pastor Anthony, Yvonne, Charrie and Crystal. She is predeceased by her husband, Johnny Carter. Home going services will be held at 10am, Monday, April 8, 2013 at the First New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 4835 Soutel Dr., Jacksonville, FL 32208.
