WATSON, Doris Thelma January 29, 1921 - April 30, 2010 Peacefully in Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Friday, April 30, 2010 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold Watson (1995). Doris's gentle spirit and quiet strength will be greatly missed by her daughter Darlene Fougere (David), son Peter (Debra) and grandchildren Derek Fougere, Shannon Raines (Tim) and Tanner Watson. Sister of George Michel, Auckland, New Zealand. Predeceased by parents Peter and Maud Michel, Newcastle-Upon Tyne, Northumberland, England and brothers Peter and Ronnie. During World war 11, Doris was a proud member of the British Army Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS). The family extends sincere appreciation to Dr. Christine Shriver and staff of Arnprior Villa and Arnprior Hospital for their compassionate care of Doris. Friends are invited to visit at The Boyce Funeral Home Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with service conducted by Pastor Clark Young. Reception to follow in The Boyce Reception Centre. Interment Arnprior Albert Street Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Doris to the Arnprior Hospital Palliative Care Unit appreciated by her family. Condolences/Donations at www.boycefuneralhome.ca
