STEWART, Doris Hilda (nee Cairns) With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Doris Stewart on Saturday, March 8, 2003 in her 89th year. Doris will be greatly missed by her dear sons Ron and Jim and daughter-in-law Maureen (Gallagher) and by her cherished grandson David. Predeceased by her beloved husband Luke (1988). Friends may pay their respects at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue (at Richmond Road) on Monday, March 10 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, March 12 at 11:45 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus.
