Doris N. Stuart, 75, died Nov. 22, 2007. She was born in Eustis and lived in Fort Pierce since 1972, coming from Rock Island, Ill. She was a food service supervisor in a hospital. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Robert Stuart of Fort Pierce; daughters, Donna Harris and Karen Gelety, both of Fort Pierce; son, Todd Stuart of Columbia, S.C.; brothers, Leonard Nix of Fort Pierce and Charles Nix of Inverness; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Luann Stuart. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3375 20th St., Suite 100, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
