Doris N. Carter INMAN, SC-- Doris N. Carter of Inman, SC departs this life on June 17, 2014 at the Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care. She was born in Bartlow, Florida on June 5, 1972. She was the widow of the late Christopher Carter, Sr. and the daughter of the Joe Mack and Mamie Nesbitt. She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories, two daughters, Shante and Christal Carter; one stepson, Christopher Carter, Jr.; one grandson, Travontae Hughes; one god daughter, Cynthia Briggs; five sisters, Judi Jackson, Elizabeth Whiteside, Jacqueline Fullenwinder, Marilyn Wilkins, and Janice Nesbitt; four brothers, Wilbert Fullenwinder, James Nesbitt, Robert (Kim) Nesbitt, and David (Tennille) Nesbitt; fifteen nieces; twelve nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 2PM in the Cannon's Chapel of Funeral Service, 24 Blackstock Road, Inman, SC.
