CAIRNS, Doris Maude Peacefully at home with family on Sunday, January 1, 2006, at the age of 87. Daughter of the late Annie and Edgar Shaver. Beloved wife of the late James Norton Cairns. Loving mother of Brian and his wife Karen of Ottawa, and Ron and his wife Heather of Vancouver. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Taylor, Robin, Andrew, Jeff (his wife Kelly), and great-grandchildren Fisher and Byron. Predeceased by her sister and brothers.
