Doris Clark King, beloved and irreplaceable "Nanny", 62, of 122 Kinfolk Circle, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005, at her home. Born in Powdersville, she was the daughter of Grace Susan Camp Clark of Easley and the late Elbert Clark. Mrs. King worked as a nurse and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a son, Robert King and his wife, Myra, of Easley; a daughter, Janet Elaine McDonald and her husband, Keith, of Easley; six grandchildren, Katie and Kyle Brannan, Kelli, Kasey and Kailyn McDonald and Aaron King; and two great-grandchildren, Destiny and Tessa Gilliland. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hillcrest Memorial Park, with Reverend James K. Hamilton officiating. The body is at Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown, where the family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. The family is at the home. Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown is assisting the family with arrangements.
