ANDERSON Doris Josephine Anderson, 84, passed away April 30, 2002. She was a native of Pearson, Georgia, and resided in Jacksonville since 1949. She is survived by her loving family: 5 daughters, Ruby Lake, Johnnie Mae Davey, Minnie Smith, Jean Parker, Jane Branch; 4 sons, Jimmy, Billy, Jessie, and Frankie Anderson; sister, Betty Gurney; brother, Tince Wright; 34 grandchildren; 46 great- grandchildren; and 6 great-great- grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the funeral home (TODAY) Wednesday, May 1, 2002 from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 2, at the Church of God Prophecy in Mandarin Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. Rev. Larry Lowry and Rev. Eddie Watson officiating.
