Doris J. Davis, 74, Dayton, Ohio, and formerly of Arcadia, died April 30, 2004. She was born Aug. 30, 1929, in Dayton, Ohio and came to the area in 1972 from Washington Courthouse, Ohio. She was a past member of Nazarene Church of Arcadia. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. The visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, with a service to follow, at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Manasota Chapel. Burial will be at Manasota Memorial Park, Bradenton.
