GOODWIN, Doris (Nee Ward) Peacefully in hospital at Arnprior on Sunday morning, January 8th, 2006. Doris Florence Goodwin of Arnprior at the age of 85 years. Beloved wife of the late Charles S. Goodwin (1975). Dearly loved mother of Jim (Kathy) of Winchester, Bob (Heather) of Amherstview, Ron (Wanda) of Embrun, Rick (Brenda) and Bonnie Valiquette (Ray), both of Arnprior, Gary (Angie) of Cardinal, Mark (late Darlene) of Glen Becker and Bill (Nicole) of Ottawa. Predeceased by 2 daughters: Beverley Cundell (Les of Ottawa) and Debbie Goodwin-Nicholas (Roger of White Lake). Dear sister of Jean Leafloor (late Rev. Larry Leafloor) of Windsor. Also predeceased by 3 brothers: Art Ward (Barb of Lakefield), Roy Ward (Laurette of Alberta) and Don Ward (Irene of Kanata) as well as 1 sister, Grace Ward. Cherished "Grandma" of 21 and "Great-Grandma" of 14. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Wednesday morning, January 11th at 11 o'clock. The Reverend Dr. Richard Hollingsworth officiating. Cremation will follow with final interment to take place at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa in the spring. In remembrance, donations to one's favorite charity would be appreciated by the Goodwin families.
