CLARKE, Doris Ellen. At the Griffith-McConnell Residence, Cote St-Luc, March 13, 2000, Doris Ellen Clarke, eighty-two years old, born on January 11, 1918 of Longueuil, Quebec. Daughter of the late John Arthur Clarke and the late Florence Adelaide Newman. Dearest sister of the late Irene Florence Clarke Gibb. Survived by nephews John, Gavin and Joseph Gibb and nieces Connie Gibb and Rosemary Coburn. Great-aunt to Paul Coburn, Holly, Matthew, Christina, Leslie, Steven, Sarah and Karlee Gibb. Doris was enrolled member of the Timothy Eaton Quarter Century Club on March 7, 1970 having completed twenty-five years of "continuous" service with the T. Eaton Co. Limited. A sister of the Order of the Eastern Star, St-Lambert Chapter (No. 15) since May 10, 1959, serving as Worthy Matron in 1973 and 1988. Cremation was held in Granby at Les Jardins Funeraires Bessette Crematorium. No viewing. Date of memorial service to be later in the spring of 2000. Doris - You wil live Forever in our Hearts.
