DAVIS, Doris E., 83, of Tampa passed away on October 24, 2004. Mrs. Davis worked at St. Paul Lutheran Church prior to working at Oak Grove Junior High School as the secretary to the principal for 26 years. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church for over 75 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Loren R. Davis. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn D. Kelley, and Cheri D. Sexton and husband, Scott; grandchildren, Lauren and Scottie Sexton; sisters, Yvonne Feagin and husband, Tom, and Eleanor Dunn and husband, Jimmy, all of Tampa; and cousin, Dorothy King of Montgomery, Ala. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 28, 2004, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 5103 N. Central Ave., Tampa, Fla. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories. The family will gather to receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 27, 2004, at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa, Fla.
