AndersonDoris Margaret (Hannah) Born January 2, 1932 passed away at Herbert Care Home, in Herbert, Saskatchewan on December 18, 2011 at the age of 79. Mom was born in Woodrow, Saskatchewan and raised in the Woodrow, LaFleche and Gilroy districts. She earned her degree in Psychiatric nursing and worked for 32 years as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse in Saskatchewan and British Columbia where she raised her only child. She later retired in 1987 and returned to her beloved Saskatchewan. She spent her retirement years in Swift Current until Alzheimer got the better of her. She moved to the Herbert Integrated Health Facility of which she was lovingly cared for by many. Connie, Britney, Tania M, Lori, Shantel to name a few. God Bless you all. Doris is predeceased by her mother Beatrice 1977 and father David 1986. She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Margaret, Son in law Randy, granddaughter Shannon of Maple Ridge, B.C. her grandson Brian, granddaughter in law Lonnie, great grandson Thane, great granddaughter Haley of Fort St. John B.C., her sister Isabella Schwab, nephew John of Hodgville, Sask., and many other relatives and friends. Rest in Peace Mom you deserve it, Mom Love You Lots, Miss You More. No service as requested, Cremation, followed by a brief family graveside memorial service that will be held at a later date at the Hunt Family Section in Woodrow, Saskatchewan. In lieu of flowers, donations to the national Alzheimer's foundation in Doris' name would be greatly appreciated by her family.
