JOHNSON, Doreen Doreen Johnson, formerly of Nipawin Saskatchewan passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at the age of 83 years. Doreen was predeceased by her loving husband of 64 years on February 5, 2007 and son Wayne on February 10, 1992. Doreen will never be forgotten and always loved by her sons; Garry (Barb) of Antler, Sask, and Dave (Joan) of Edmonton and grandchildren; Danah (Terry), Tanya (Brad), Judy, Jamie (Trevor), Clarence, Amanda (Trevor) and 14 great grandchildren and one on the way. Doreen is predeceased by five sisters and six brothers and is survived by sister, Thelma Bissell of Ridgeville, Ontario. Doreen (Sebelius) married Clarence Johnson in 1942 at Congress, Sask., and farmed in the area until 1949 then moved north to Quill Lake where they farmed until they moved to Nipawin in 1974. They moved to Edmonton in October 2003. Doreen will be remembered for her warmth, lively spirit and eagerness to have fun. Although her stay at Rosslyn Place Lodge was brief, she cherished the camaraderie and friendships she made. Such a terrible loss only gives comfort that she will be well received in Heaven.
