DALE Doreen passed away peacefully at home on June 20, 2003 at the age of 57. Doreen was born on August 20, 1945 in Winkler, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her mother Eva Hiebert. Doreen will be lovingly remembered by her 3 children Patti (Joe), Shane (Melanie) and Lana (Rob); grandchildren Lori, Kirsten, Scott, Clayton, and Alissa Rae. Also survived by her father Abe (Liz); brothers Vern (Carol) and Randy (Debbie); many nieces and nephews; and special friends Darlene and Cliff Halayko. Special thanks from the family to the staff and members at the Gorge Vale Golf Course for all their love and support. Thanks also to Dr. Thomas Bailey and the Hospice Team. A memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at 10:00 am at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 4725 Falaise Dr., Victoria, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Victoria Hospice Society.
