Dora Mae Smith, 35, died Aug. 23, 2006, at her home. She was born in Fort Pierce and was a lifelong resident. She worked at Indian River Community College. Survivors include her son, Dwayne White of Fort Pierce; daughter, Otisseya Phillips of Fort Pierce; sisters, Teresa Dobson of Port St. Lucie and Lowanda Mills; and grandfather, Leroy Dobson II of Vero Beach. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Dora Mae Smith and Dorothy Hatcher. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sept. 1 and 9 to 10 a.m. Sept. 2 at Sarah's Memorial Chapel, Fort Pierce. A service will be at 11 a.m. Sept. 2 at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.
