KARR Donna Lynn Karr, 54, died January 23, 2002. She was born November 10, 1947 in Oklahoma City, OK and moved to Sacramento, CA with her parents in February, 1951. She graduated from high school in Sacramento, CA in 1965 and has been employed by the U.S. Government since 1967. Donna was with OSHA since 1980 and in Jacksonville since May 1989. Family members include her daughter, Laura J. Karr of Jacksonville; mother, Mrs. Jean Blankinship of Sacramento, CA; brothers, Robert Blankinship of El Dorado, CA and Rick A. Blankinship of Dallas, TX. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, January 30th at 2:00 p.m. in the QUINN-SHALZ Chapel.
