DONNA LEE MARIE BROWN (NEE WILLIG) FORMERLY OF HIGHLAND, IN AND LANSING, IL Donna Lee Marie Brown (nee Willig) of Lady Lake, FL, formerly of Highland, IN and Lansing, IL passed away August 27, 2013 at the age of 79. Mrs. Brown was born in Hammond, IN. Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Gene Brown; children: Cynthia (Ronald) Rutherford of Aurora, IL, James (Diane) Brown of Griffith, IN, and Timothy (Maria) Brown of Orland Park, IL; wonderful grandmother to Jason, Adam, Chelsea, Michael, Teresa, Austin, Aaron, Caroline, Grace and Emily; nine great grandchildren; and beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. Donna was preceded in death by her parents: Roy and Margaret Willig; sister, Mary Lou Bergner; and son, Thomas Brown. Donna was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 1, 2013 from 4:00- 8:00 p.m. at the Schroeder- Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home with Rev. Paul C. Appold officiating.
