Donna Jean Brown, 40, Bradenton, died March 16, 2006. She was born April 7, 1965, in Ashtabula, Ohio, and moved to Bradenton in 1988 from Brooksville. She was a certified nursing assistant at several nursing homes in the Bradenton area. Survivors include her husband, Derek A.; a son, Derek W. of Bradenton; her mother, Brenda Neff of Ashtabula; sisters Diane Coy and Debra Steckey, both of Ashtabula, and Deanna Starcher of Bradenton; and a brother, Don Rylance of Wauchula. Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. today at Palma Sola Causeway Park (south side) in Bradenton. Bradenton Funeral Home is in charge.
