HARRIS, DONALD LEWIS, 59, passed away Wednesday June 11, 2008 at his home in his sleep. He had been employed by American Synthetic Rubber and was a member of Church of Jesus Christ Ladder Day Saints. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Susan Elkins Harris; children, Shellie (Scott Johnson), Damon, and Donathan Harris (Lisa Hall); grandchildren, Alexsandra, Brittany, and Robert; sisters, Shirley Dunn, Pat Calvert, Judy Malone, Peggy Williams, and Laura Sanders; and a large extended family. The funeral is 10 a.m. Saturday at J. E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Drive with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Ratterman's.
