DAVIS, Donald Allen (Bud) Passed away peacefully at Cairnsmore Place on Wednesday, November 29, 2005. Born in Prince Rupert, BC on August 30, 1926. Predeceased by his loving parents George and Isabelle; sisters Lillian Georgina and Audrey. Lovingly remembered by his family; wife of 52 years Isobel; son Glenn (Marlene); daughter Shirley (Gary) Behnsen; grandchildren Amy, Robert, Kevin, Kyle, and Erin; great-grandchildren Taylor, Brody, Kiara and Rylie; his favorite pets CJ, Trooper and Cheeky Bird; sister Joy (Arnold) Hawthorne and Leona (Mike) Paton; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Bud was a tugboat operator in Youbou for many years. His passions were fishing, hunting and woodworking. He had an artistic gift for tying flys. Bud was "the sportsman" of all sportsmen. He was a Past Master of the Malahat Lodge #107, A.F. & A.M. BC and Yukon. A Celebration of Life will be held in Sands Funeral Chapel, 187 Trunk Road, Duncan, BC on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow in Sands Arbor Reception Centre.
