DAVIS, Donald Harold Born February 1, 1933 passed away peacefully on November 2, 2004 in the Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria, BC. His loved ones wish to express their gratitude and thanks to the nurses, doctors and support staff for their gentle care. Don is remembered with much love by his family, three stepchildren, four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; his aunt Thora (Bob) Nicholls of Niagara Falls and her sons Alex and James; by his `adopted' daughter Elaine Fitch of Victoria and his close friend Glenda Corker, also of Victoria. Don leaves behind his cherished cockatoo, Chief, who will now be cared for by For the love of Parrots Refuge Society in Coombs, BC. Bob was a very proud Korean War Veteran who served on HMCS Haide.
