DAVIS , Donald Stewart April 2, 1930 - October 27, 2009 Donald Stewart Davis, beloved husband of Mrs. Beryl Davis of Langdon, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at the age of 79 years. Don worked for Poole Construction for twelve years, and then for Alberta Processing for thirty-two years before his retirement. He loved his horses (especially the grandchildren's miniature horses), rodeo, and chuckwagon racing. Don loved his garden and loved to share the produce. Besides his loving wife Beryl, he is survived by son Kevin Davis of Langdon; daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne and Jim Campbell of Spruce Grove; and grandchildren Dali and Sean. He will also be missed by brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Gail Davis of Carstairs, sister Doreen Sogor of Calgary, and sisters-in-law Betty Davis and Inez Davis, both of Okotoks. Funeral Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints East Stake Center (7017 California Boulevard N.E., Calgary) on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Rocky View Garden of Peace.
