DIXON Betty Lou Dixon, age 81, passed away at the Grafton House on August 23, 2013. A native of Ohio, Betty lived in the Akron area until she moved to Green Cove Springs, Florida in 1981. Betty was an educator and taught elementary school for over 30 years in both Ohio and then in Clay County at Doctors Inlet Elementary School. Betty is survived by 2 sons; Gregory Dixon of Green Cove Springs and Larry Dixon and his wife Marsh of St. Augustine.; 2 grandchildren, Jeremy Banks and Shannon Kelso; 2 sisters and 6 brothers. Her husband Leon Dixon and daughter, Patricia Lynn Vance preceded her in death.
