DINAH SUE JACKSON CEDAR LAKE, IN FORMERLY BRADLEY, IL Dinah Sue Jackson, age 61 of Cedar Lake, IN, formerly of Bradley, IL, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at St. Anthony's Medical Center in Crown Point, IN. Dinah was born in Seymore, IN on July 8, 1948 to Thomas and Evelyn Buckles. She worked for many years with DCFS in Illinois, helping the elderly and most recently worked for Energy Assistance in Indiana. For a time her and her husband, Wilburn, owned and operated Jackson's Auto and Detailing in Bradley, IL. Dinah is survived by her children: Terry (Kelly) Jackson of Bradley, IL and Billy (Karen) Jackson of Kankakee, IL; five granddaughters; one grandson; a brother, Jeff (Diane) Buckles of Bradley; her parents: Thomas and Evelyn Buckles of Bradley, IL and a sister-in-law, Sylvia (Tom) Cardosi of Cedar Lake, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn J. Jackson. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Bradley Chapel of the Schreffler Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Monday, May 24, 2010 from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Bradley Chapel of the Schreffler Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the families wishes would be appreciated. Burial will be at Mound Grove Cemetery.
