Diane M. Parker, 46, Cortez, died April 6, 2004. She was born Feb. 18, 1958, in Lowell, Mass., and came to Manatee County three years ago from Boston. She owned Anchovies Restaurant and formerly owned a florist shop, both in Boston, and had her captain's license. She was a Catholic. Survivors include her significant other, Celeste M. Dorage of Cortez; a sister, Jill M. of Lowell; and brothers John H. Jr. of Watertown, Mass., Ronald C. of Port Angeles, Wash., Steven J. of Lowell and Michael W. of Charlestown, Mass. The visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Island Chapel. The service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. John's Methodist Church at Cotton Plant Cemetery, Cotton Plant.
